We started Kivovik because meaningful minds kept passing by in silent transit.

Every day, thousands of exceptional operators, engineers, and founders cross the exact same terminals, lounge concourses, and high-speed rail lines. Yet without context, you pass as strangers.
Traditional networking platforms force noisy broadcasting, spammy cold pitches, and performative posturing. Kivovik was built on a quieter, more intentional premise: high-intent serendipity happens when mutual journey context and craft align—privately, selectively, and without awkwardness.

Answers directly from the founder on our philosophy, privacy architecture, and vision.
I spent years traveling through transit hubs, sitting in airport lounges and high-speed trains right next to people building remarkable companies and tools. Yet we all looked down at our phones in silence. LinkedIn was full of sales spam, and nobody wants to awkwardly walk up to a stranger. I built Kivovik because I wanted a quiet, dignified way to discover who shares your route and mindset—without the performative noise.
I made privacy the foundational architectural constraint from day one. Kivovik never broadcasts a live GPS pinpoint or radar map. We match on corridors—your travel dates, general terminals, and route overlap. You only see people when mutual relevance criteria are met, and you always control whether you are discoverable or completely invisible.
I am building this for independent founders, product engineers, researchers, and senior operators who travel frequently between major tech and innovation hubs (like Dubai, Riyadh, London, Singapore, Bengaluru, and SF). If you care about high-intent, craft-driven connections rather than collecting business cards, this is for you.
By removing the mechanics that spammers rely on. There are no followers, no public leaderboards, and zero unsolicited cold inboxes. You cannot mass-message people on Kivovik. Discovery only happens when both people share a journey context and mutual craft alignment.
We are rolling out invitations in staged corridor cohorts to ensure every route has genuine density and high-caliber people. If you join the early access list and click "Talk with Founder" in the header, you can message me directly. I personally review early cohort feedback.
